Om Sri Mata
Om Sri Mata Jagat Amba Lalitamba
Amba Lalitamba, Om Sri Mata Amba Lalitamba
Aim Klim Sauh
Omkar Guruma Omkar
(In the Sri Vidya tradition, devotees worship Tripura Sundari as the beautiful One, the deity of bliss union and delight. One of the forms of Sundari is Lalita (she who plays). The Sri Vidya includes the worship of the Sri Yantra, the highest of all Tantric teachings, and its initial seed syllables are: Aim Klim Sauh.
The tantric traditions view its symbols as having a gross aspect, a subtle aspect, and a supreme aspect. In terms of Lalita, the gross form is the image of the goddess (four arms, etc), the subtle form is its diagram (the Sri Yantra), and the supreme form is her mantra. According to David Frawley, “Aim is the mantra of Adi Shakti, being to the goddess what Om is to Shiva. Klim is the seed syllable of Parashakti, igniting desire, love, imagination, deep feeling and attachment, in essence what we truly desire in our hearts. Sauh allows for the flow of nectar and brings calm to the mind and heart, consecrating the mantra through devotion and surrender. The Goddess Tripura Sundari is the main deity governing the flow of mystic nectar from the crown chakra, releasing their thousand currents of Soma which floods the body and mind with bliss. She relates to the mind in the deepest sense as the power of pure contemplation… Sundari is the full Moon, the highest spiritual light; She has a cooling effect upon the mind…” David Frawley, Inner Tantric Yoga, p. 151-155
I wanted this track to have the qualities of the full moon shining on the ocean, shimmering and sparkling with blessings.
